Michał Olszewski holds MA in economics and CEMS Master degrees (Warsaw School of Economics, London School of Economics). He has over 10-years’ experience in venture capital and private equity transactions, during which he participated in more than 20 deals as a fund manager or advisor on both buy- and sell-side.
Between 2009 and 2013, he was Head of Private Equity at Opera TFI, a fund manager. His project exposure included i.e. SkyCash, a mobile payment system (CEO), IMS, a digital signage (supervisory board), BoneVitae, a medical device provider (supervisory board), Tarczynski, a processed food producer (supervisory board), Termisil Huta Szkła Wołomin, a consumer glass ware manufacturer (supervisory board).
Earlier, Michal co-managed Business Angel Seedfund set up together with four prestigious family offices which followed two-year-long involvement in seting up and developing of Lewiatan Business Angels, a leading business angel network in Poland. Michal facilitated 8 deals acting as an Lewiatan Business Anagels executive, including Medicalgorithmics, now an exchange listed company with a market capitalization of some USD 300m) and more than 20 as Business Angel Seedfund investment officer. Also, he was actively involved in business development at multiple companies. He also served as Economics Expert at Lewiatan Polish Employers’ Confederation, a leading lobbying organization in Poland.
Radosław Rejman is a certified investment advisor (Polish Financial Supervision Authority’s license number 323) and stockbroker (Polish Financial Supervision Authority’s license number 2071). ACCA member (ACCA Professional). Since 1999, he has been involved in financial and investment management in such sectors as asset management, manufacturing, trade, advertising, both as a manager, advisor or investor.
As a board member with OPERA TFI, a fund manager, he was responsible e.g. for asset valuation (2007-2010) and private equity portfolio (2010-2011). He was involved in over 10 M&A transactions, both on buy- and sell-side, at all stages from due diligence, through valuation and transaction execution until post-merger integration, e.g. Emalia Olkusz – a cookware manufacturer, Ceramika Gres – a construction materials producer, Hoesch Design – a sanitary ware manufacturer, SEB TFI organised enterprise – a fund manager, Tarczyński – a processed food producer, BD – a gas co-generation plant, Termisil Huta Szkła Wołomin – a consumer glass ware producer, Aspiro – a financial and investment product distributor, Netsprint – a digital marketing provider, mFind – an insurance product distributor.
